Warranty Notice

Thank you for choosing INMO products. We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. To ensure that you have a satisfying shopping experience, we offer the following warranty policy:


  1. WARRANTY PERIOD: 

INMO products are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty is only for the host(AR Glasses) and the battery, and does not include accessories such as ring controllers.


This warranty only applies to INMO products purchased directly from https://inmoglass.com/. Products purchased through any other channels, including second-hand purchases (even if the product is new), are not covered by this policy. If this product is purchased from a third-party seller, please refer to the relevant policy of the seller for this item.


  1. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS:

In any case, your rights under the legal warranty apply only to the Product manufactured by or for INMO and identifiable by the trademarks, trade name or "INMO" logo.


Unless otherwise applicable under local laws, the legal warranty does not apply to any (a) Damage due to acts of nature or God, for example, lightning strikes, tornadoes, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (b) Negligence; (c) Commercial use; (d) Alterations or modifications to any part of the Product; (e) Damage caused by use with non-INMO Products; (f) Damage caused by accident, abuse or misuse; (g) Damage caused by operating the Product outside the permitted or intended uses described by INMO or with improper voltage or power supply; or (h) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of INMO.


It is your responsibility to backup any data, software, or other materials you may have stored or preserved on the Product. It is likely that the data, software or other materials in the equipment will be lost or reformatted during the service process.


No INMO reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this legal warranty. If any term is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the legality or enforceability of the remaining terms shall not be affected or impaired.


Except as prohibited by laws, the after-sales services shall be limited to the country or region of the original purchase.


To extent applicable under local laws, Products which were not duly imported and/or were not duly manufactured by INMO and/or were not duly acquired from INMO or a INMO’s official seller are not covered by the legal warranty. As per applicable law you may benefit from warranties from the non-official retailer who sold the Product. Therefore, INMO invites you to contact the seller from whom you purchased the Product.



  1. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS:

If you encounter any quality problems with your INMO product during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement. 


Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us for no reason return. 


Before returning a product, please contact INMO support to provide the product's IMEI number to obtain return permission and address. Please do not return the product to the address on the waybill by yourself. If found, INMO reserves the right not to refund.

  1. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:

INMO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products, even if INMO has been advised of the possibility of such damages.


  1. NO-REASON RETURN POLICY:

We offer a no-reason return policy within 7 days after the package is delivered. Buyers are responsible for the return shipping cost for no-reason returns. All returned items must be kept in their original packaging and in the same condition as when they were delivered to you. The accessories must be complete (instruction manual, glasses cloth, glasses bag, data cable, etc.). If the number of returned items is inconsistent or accessories are missing, the corresponding fees will be deducted. 


If the photos provided before the return show signs of human damage, no no-reason return will be supported. 


INMO reserves the right to refuse returns without reason beyond the no-reason return period. If the product returned by the buyer does not meet the return conditions after inspection, we will inform the buyer of the test results. After the buyer pays the shipping fee, we will return the goods to the buyer.


  1. DEVELOPER MODE:

Users are not allowed to activate developer mode without authorization. If activated, no return or exchange will be accepted.


  1. NON-INMO PRODUCTS:

Any products returned to INMO that are found to be non-INMO products will be considered as abnormal returns. In this case, the buyer will not receive a refund for the product, and INMO will not ship the product back.

  1. FAULT MAINTENANCE

If the product has non-human-caused hardware or software malfunctions that do not affect secondary sales, within 15 days, you can choose to return, exchange or repair the product. Beyond 15 days but within one year, repair is available.


This repair warranty policy does not cover damages caused by the situation listed in “Warranty exclusions”.


  • CLAIM PROCESS:
  • If you encounter any quality problems with your INMO product during the warranty period, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to return the product for repair. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us. 


    Before returning a product, please contact INMO support to provide the product's IMEI number and a malfunction video for online troubleshooting to determine if it is a hardware failure. If the buyer does not cooperate with the malfunction troubleshooting, it will be treated as a no-reason return.


  • WARRANTY DISCLAIMER:
  • INMO shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of its products, even if INMO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 


  • MALFUNCTION RETURN POLICY:
  • For orders that qualify for malfunction returns, we will prioritize arranging for pick-up service. If pick-up service cannot be arranged, customers can return the product themselves, and the store will cover part or all of the return shipping costs. 

    If the item returned by the customer is found to have no reproducible malfunction or no malfunction exists after inspection, we will inform the customer of the test results. After the customer agrees, the product will be returned to the customer..


    1. REMEDIES

    If a product or hardware defect is found within the Warranty Period, the Product will be either (1) replaced,  (2) refunded, or(3) repair, depending on your rights under local laws.


    1. IMPLIED WARRANTIES

    Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) will have a limited duration up to a maximum duration of this limited warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation will not be applied in these cases.


    1. DAMAGE LIMITATION

    Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, INMO shall not be liable for any damages caused by accidents, indirect, special or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue or data, damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, even if INMO has been informed of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
